Shipping us done through USPS. Please allow adequate shipping time based on the shipping option you selected. If you have special shipping concerns or need to change your shipping option, please contact me through the contact page or reply to the confirmation email you receive after your purchase. I package all orders myself with as much repurposed packaging materials as possible. If you have concerns or questions, please let me know!
I do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, I am happy to replace paper prints at no cost.
If a painting arrives damaged, we can arrange for it to be returned to me so I can repair it and resend it. I will repair the painting at no cost, and ask that we split shipping costs 50/50 (that is, splitting the total cost to ship it to me and then ship it to you again after it is repaired).
I will never share any of your information with a third party. All information collected is to ensure a secure checkout process and the safe arrival of your items. I do collect email addresses in the hopes of starting a newsletter, and will send an opt-in email if/when I start sending newsletters.
